PROJECT FRANCIS

This circa 1880s Victorian multi-residential building with wonderful architectural details and special character needed to be preserved through the renovations. Extensive trim restoration and reproduction was completed, original kitchen cabinets were reused and modern triple pane windows were colour matched to tie in the trim colours found throughout, amongst many other details. These types of jobs are by far the hardest and most time-consuming to execute, but also the most rewarding. We love the fine details!
